We did an afternoon half day tour in Tokyo and it was really great value. Our tour guide Atsushi was very knowledgeable and funny. He would go out of his way to find the answers for questions we had. The river cruise was portion was great but the speakers needed to be louder so we could actually hear what we were looking at.

Guided tours are not honestly my cup of tea but I was nicely suprised. The tour was fun, as was the guide, we visited some places without all the tourist (like us haha) and try a good Japanese tea.
Took a day long bus tour with Hato Bus with a friend of mine who organized it. It was really great! Our guide Atsushi was very knowledgeable and funny, I envy his high energy - lol I was ready for nap after a huge lunch, but he stayed giving out interesting history lessons with props and everything :o) Def check them out if you have a morning and afternoon to spare, and would like to attend a brief tea ceremony, see tokyo tower, imperial gardens, asakusa and go on a boat ride. They were even able to accommodate my dietary restriction which was so great.
The tour to Hakone and Mt Fuji was orderly. Everything was well coordinated. We were unlucky to travel on a rainy day so we didn't see the tip of Mt Fuji and the sights at Lake Ashi.
Clean and tidy place, good hospitality, kid friendly, we are enjoying the trip. Thanks for the Hato Bus toy for my kodomo..
They are organized, and book early cus seats fill up fast
Extremely unreasonable company. We booked a Tokyo day tour, as we over slept and I woke up realised we won't get the bus stop on time, I made the call, asked the person if I could head straight to where the tour will go. I was given all the details of the bus registration No and colour and tour guide telephone number etc. When we got there, I called the tour guide, she told me where and when to meet. We did, 20 minutes later, we met up with the team. But the tour guide told me our purchase were cancelled and we can't join the tour anymore. I was there with my two kids on my own, truly felt terrible for the whole day. Tour guide did try to call the company and but was told we were late and they got the right to cancel it. My question is: why was given all the information where to find them, knowing we were going to be late.
The tourist guide has a sense of humor,the trip was not boring
