Nexco is located on Hatsukari street, Chuo Expressway which operated by Central Nippon Expressway Company. This is the rest area and sightseeing between the way from Tokyo to Mt.Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture. There are cute public toilets, various coffee machine, souvenir etc.
