A very enjoyable time was had here. From the staff to the food everything was on point. Was expecting to wait a while because it was busy, but the food came out in a quick timely manner. Not a big beer drinker but variety of beers calls you to try at least the 3 beer sampler. The cheese plate goes so well with various beers, or great by themselves. Will come again and again.

Wasn't able to stay for a meal, just appetizers and a beer. Had the fries and beef jerky, both were excellent! The Gose beer was perfection. If you like a sour beer, I highly recommend it. We bought a growler of it to take home with us as well.
Great place, just make sure you go on the weekend (Friday, sat, sun). They're only open for bittle takeout M-Th, learned that the hard way :-P. Great beer and even growler options for take-home!
A great local brewery with a restaurant on the second floor. They have their own farm and source local ingredients. The sausage, pizza, bacon, and other dishes are all handmade. Other than the food the beer is award winning and not to be missed out. A must visit for anyone in Hirosaki.
Good craft beer. I recommend a sampler (or two). The best sausage in Japan by far! Friendly staff. I go with my friend Sean every time I’m in Hirosaki. I hope to make it the 4th visit from Tokyo in November.
Love this place! We visited several times during our two week stay in Hirosaki and every time we went the food and drinks were great, and the staff was very friendly. It's a pretty close walk from the train station too which is a bonus for travellers. 10/10 would visit again! Update: We stopped by again during another trip to Hirosaki and the updates to the bar look great while still keeping that cozy atmosphere. The chef never ceases to amaze with the new menu items! Got to pick up a hoodie this time too from their new little merch corner.
Great selection of craft beer and food options listed on their menu. The staff was friendly and the owner even stopped by our table to see how our evening was going. The place also looks great and very inviting. Highly recommended.
