got inked here about a month ago and had a great experience. masashi-san gave me a great price - way better than those pretentious hipster cheapskates at three tides - and a month later i’m still very in love with the finished product. i recommended this place to my friend and she, too, now has a beautiful piece courtesy of masashi-san. truly a gent and an artist with a capital A. none of the touristy frills - i hate that stuff. if you’re an adventurous gaijin, this place is the real deal. check out @masashi_tattoo on instagram if a stranger’s word isn’t enough. and if you’re reading this, masashi-san, ありがとうございました !

Was in japan for a week and these guys squeezed me in for a visit, overpaid for a tattoo, and the tattoo looks nothing like the reference, is crooked and has lines off, and the shading is horrible. Wish I could get my money back.
Over priced and dirty, owner is pleasant.
