This pharmacy, conveniently located near Tsunashima station of the Tokyu/Toyoko line is well-staffed by efficient and courteous staff. It has a pretty large waiting area with water and tea dispensers. Also a big plus is that they have some forms in English and some reading material in English in the waiting area. Those are nice touches and it's been my main pharmacy for years. The English forms and reading materials are somewhat more recent I think but adds to the great service they've been providing my family and me for a good decade. If you live in the area it might be a good option for your go-to pharmacy. However I always deal with them in Japanese so don't know if any staff speak English. Chances might be good though considering there's quite a few staff members at all times, and in my experience there's always someone at most of these pharmacies in general that can speak some English.

待ち時間あとどのくらいなのか出ないのが不便。出来るだけ早くと言い、早めに出しますと言ったものの、40分以上待たされた。時間がかかると言っても、前回きた時と同じ薬で前回の待ち時間は15分程度だった。患者さんも前回の方が少なかった。裏でサボっているのではないか？説。

9時からの営業なのに留守番電話からの切り替えが遅い。営業開始時間を10分以上過ぎてるのに「本日の営業は終了しました」は急ぎの時に困ります。

広くてきれいな薬局です。薬剤師さんは薬の説明も丁寧にしてくれ、感じの良い方でした。SUICAやクレジットカードでのお会計も可能です。

駅前、クリニックがぎっしり入ってるビルの1階なので混まないわけがないです。急いでいるようなら他を当たった方がいいです。ただしっかり事故が起こらないようにテキパキ仕事されていているように見受けられます。子供が良く使うのですが、扱いに慣れてる方が多いと感じます。

かなり混雑してはいますが、受付の方も薬剤師さんも感じ良くご対応頂けます。薬局でもちゃんとサービス業を意識されてるなという印象です。
