The female doctor that I consulted during my pregnancy follow-up visits was unprofessional and utterly out of touch. She did not address any issues that could be appropriate for my personal situation and age. She did not give any useful advice or instructions and also failed to provide a list of prenatal tests in a timely manner. Also, for making the check-up appointments, she always said to come within 1 month for example in the 1st trimester without taking into account the important dates. I could miss 11-13 weeks which are important to measure NT for example. In overall, it was a very bad experience and the services were more like impersonalized supermarket's rather than individualized and responsible follow-ups. I deeply regret having chosen this maternity and this doctor.

小児科での心療内科を受診していますが、とても優しい先生で子供の事をとても親身に時間を割いて聞いて下さいます。親子共々とても救われています。 子供もとても信頼しているようで、 心療内科は4ヶ所あちこち受診で連れて行きましたが、星ヶ丘マタニティが、知っている中では一番良く、本人に合うのだと思いました。 かなり人気があるので、電話予約とか朝1で取るとか子供の年齢により何科にかかるかとかあるようです。 電話で聞いてからの方が良さそうです。 いつだったか半年待ちとか言われたこともありますが、最初からここにこれば遠回りしなくても良かったのにと思うこともあります。

受け付けの事務員も医者も看護師も対応が悪い。患者に対する態度じゃない。上から物言う言い方どうにかならないのかね。

子供が熱を出したとき、咳がひどいとき、何か心配なときには、いつも安心の星マタへ。 先生方の子供を診る眼差しが優しく、本当にありがたい。

常に敷地からはみ出して道路上に違法駐車があり、知らんぷりをしている迷惑な施設 法令順守の意識がないので、仕事ぶりも同様なのかなと思う。
