We had a great stay here! The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was also safely guarded against the spread of any germs between guests or workers.

This is very friendly and comfortable hotel to stay!! The facility is clean and no problems with modern amenities. At the reception you can pick up some amenities if necessary. In each guest room there are some amenities but it is enough to make your stay perfect. So you can pick them up to your room for rentals. You can enjoy a large public bath here! So if you are bored the tiny bath tab, you can relax in the large place!!! You can use parking but the space is a little bit small so you need techniques and you ask the staff for help. The breakfast is good!! You can choose both traditional Japanese style and basic continental style. You would be full!!
Old hotel but clean, we stay in Japanese style room, the room is big enough for a family.
We ended up not staying at the hotel due to the shinkansen delay and thus we missed our last express train to the city. When we called the hotel that we would like to cancel our booking since there is no way to get to the city without train, they reluctantly told us that the cancellation fee will be 20% of what we owed them in a very grumpy voice. Then, I got an invoice from them today in mail which is requesting the full amount, which is absolutely not we agreed on over the phone. Their customer service is very poor and they can treat customers in a rude manner. I do not recommend anybody to stay here if they want to have a peaceful night.
2-star hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast
Have been restored recently. Nice bed. Wi-Fi, breakfast OK. 6566 with breakfast, it's a bit more expensive than other places.
Right across the Imabari JR station, also the Giant store for bike rental.
Helpful staff and free bikes, but A/C was not great and beds very hard.
