Had a pleasant stay. Standard Japanese hotel. Has an outdoor onsen. Really nice breakfast buffet. Free-flowing coffee/tea at the lobby. We only stayed overnight but I suppose it would be an equally comfortable stay for a longer period of time.

no doubt an old hotel but very good value for money. big free parking lot. easy luggage unloading area. big reception with free coffee and other free stuff. decent room size good for packing luggage on last day of trip. good choice for travellers with rental car. service also very good they helped me with dinner reservation. thank you again.
Great value - when I landed at Chitose I went to the info desk and they had a schedule for the airport shuttle from the hotel. It picked me up near the airport police at 8 pm. The public bath is nice, clothes to wear are available at the desk and slippers in your room. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Wonderful staff.
pretty old hotel. not very nice rooms. hotel staff hardly can speak english, how bad for an airport hotel! they are not able to organize a taxi if you travel with ski bags. so the dont care if you catch your flight or not. would not recommend to stay here.
the hotel is quite comfy. and the onsen is great. it has lovely view from the lobby, and the drink bar's also great

Free simple dinner from 10pm to 12am. Free coffee from 6am to 12am. Free public bath till 12am. Breakfast variety is great. Bed is very soft so might not be good for older people.
