Great experience. Wonderful service. I was not planning to go to sightseeing on the day I arrived. I arrived at there 3 hours earlier than the time to check in. I had nothing to do. So I asked the receptionist if It was okay I waited for a check in time on a chair in the open area. She offered to take my luggage kindly, then I could go out for lunch lightly. After the lunch, I spent some time in the open area. That was cozy and quiet to fall asleep. The receptionist let me get a hotel room 1 hour before the check in time, as soon as the room was ready. The room was bigger than what I booked at the same price. She arranged it since it was available by chance. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. I will come back.

Nice solid hotel, good bed, room and bathroom. There is small coin laundry and a microwave on floor 2. There is some noise from the trains, though nothing loud enough to wake us or stop us sleeping. If you are sensitive to that though, be wary. I definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable for a good price. Shame for the noise of the metro..

For traveller without kids I would like to recommend this hotel. Very convinient for public transport as very near with subway line and walking distance to nippori station for airport transfer. Hotel amenities fair to their price. But a little noisy as train track very near to the hotel.

Located near Nishi-nippori station (Metro Chiyoda Line). Spacious room with bathtub. Close proximity with a McDonald's if you get hungry at night.

It can be small for two people but I’m sure it can work if you both don’t mind. For my experience, it was perfect! I was traveling alone so it was exactly what I needed. I just had my suitcase on one bed and I slept on the other. Plenty of room for one person. not to mention really affordable! I stood there for 3 nights and paid no more than 300 US!! Staff is helpful. There is a bit of a language barrier but they do try hard to help you as much as possible, might want to use google translate for easier communication. The neighborhood is quiet. There’s a 711 less than a minute walk and a McDonald’s right next to it. Not to mention Nishi-Nippori station is walks away and you can take that to just about anywhere in Tokyo! At night the neighborhood comes alive with little restaurants that a lot of locals go to. Definitely will stay here again when I come back!!

Room is very spacious, bed was pretty comfortable 3 mins walk to nishi-nippori station many izakaya restaurants near by - Our room was behind rail road, quite noisy. - Bad customer service! The front desk employees speak fluent mandarin. We asked if they can help us to make a simple phone call, (due to we can't speak japanese), the front desk lady rejected and asked us to use public telephone. What?? The lady was pretty rude. Overall, the location is good, but the employees were pretty rude. We had stayed in many hotels in Japan, and they were all very nice and polite except this one. We will not stay again in the future.
