The Huawei Customer Service Center in this building is by far the worst “service center” I have ever been to. The staff refused to look at my Huawei phone that I bought from a Huawei outlet early this year when I was locked out in Thailand due to the Corona Virus. I was told Huawei service centers only service “domestically purchased” Huawei products! #Huawei

Original review is below, but I just visited again and took away another star. Another long wait and again no helpful information. Preliminary rating is already down to three stars on the grounds of how many people are waiting. Now up to 6 in the queue and there appears to be only one staff person here. There are three seats at the counter, but 13 seats for waiting. Also a couple of display tables. Mostly phones and tablets, though there is one smart watch, and no sign of the Huawei Band 2 Pro that I was thinking about buying the other day. If this new person (only the second?) seems to be taking as long as the previous person (and I've already been waiting about 30 minutes), then I'm just going to reduce the rating to two stars and give up in annoyance. Though I have a number of questions about my new phone, I was mostly just going to check if they speak any English here. Did see a second Huawei staff person for a second, but he just ran away without helping any customers. That increased the frustration, but a second one is just appeared now and called my number. Okay, I finally spoke to the Huawei person. Nice guy, nice attitude, but pretty much no answers to any of my questions. In particular, I don't recommend that any English speakers visit this repair center in hopes of getting any English answers. I remain rather concerned about how well this phone will work, but that's just based on discussions on Facebook. Unfortunately the most knowledgeable participant is very persuasive about the problems.
not good service. it does not display office time properly. we don't know office is open or closed.
They provide good service, and are near the C2 exit of the subway Ginza station. They charge 5500 yen for repairs of their phones though. Plus the cost of the parts that you damaged. It's a steal compared to Ale anyway.
Arrived, sent from Yodobashi where i bought my Mate 9 which stopped powering up yesterday after 8 months, without a reason. I wasn't happy to have to go so far and was uncertain about the reparations (cost, delay, efficience... have bad experience with JP support). The lady which received us was kind, patient, efficient AND -very rare around here- could talk English ! Took a bit time as they had to perform tests to see if the phone was damaged from a fall or water, and localize the problem. Finally, i got nearly the half of the machine replaced as i had informed them that i had battery drain from the beginning and overheating too sometimes. Seems the mainboard was deffect, but got the whole thing replaced with new parts. Very nice service, didn't expect to get out with my phone repaired the same day. Thumbs up ! Thanks again, Huawei Yurakucho !
Very bad service
Best Service!
