Clean, quite, and cozy but the selection of foods & drinks was limited (may be due to COVID-19).

This is just a place to sit. There isn't many places to do so at the airport, so this isn't too bad in the context of narita. There is a snack and some drinks, basic stuff like coffee to processed juices to water. Really dont expext too much. Check in, dump your luggage, walk around the airport, come back for a bit of rest, and into the plane you go. Super functional at best, very devoid of facilities at worst.

The Delta Sky lounge in ATL has a bathroom bigger than this place. SAD. Very Tiny!! One free beer and bye bye

Instant Noodles, dry pastries and cookies. It gets worse for drinks. I've had better food in shared room hostels.

Access via Chase Reserve They offered a free whisky/beer/highball. Quiet and courtesy greeting as is normal around here. WIFI and seats are better than the public waiting areas. Probably don't REALLY need to intentionally come here unless public wifi isnt working well or you want a free drink. Normally wouldnt come so early to an airport and stay on the outside of security but life happens its a nice CC perk.

It was my first time to use the airport lounge that a gold card holder can use for free. Reception lady had no greeting, no smile. Beer was not free. Even soft drink had not that many choice. There was snack that someone dropped on the floor was left. Chair and table is very tiny small, almost the same size with McDonalds'. When I leave there, again no greeting. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

Very limited lounge. No food, basic soft drinks, and only 1 alcoholic beverage per person. Small seating area as well.

Very very basic small room with hard seats. The adult drink selection only offers 3 choices. No need to stop by. The worst Priority Pass Lounge by far.
