A lounge that accepts credit cards. You can have 1 can of alcohol. Also free soft drinks and one kind of snack. There are also many USB and power outlets.

DON'T GET MAD!!! I use Priority Pass in many airports around the world. Not every lounge going to be like those in HKG which I am very familiar with. Full service, food etc. Here in NRT terminal 2, there's 2 lounges landside (IASS, T.E.I.) they are what I call a spartan lounge: that is very minimal. As long as you understand what you are coming in, then don't complain. I found the staff at entry are trying their best to explain what's available (as in many places in Japan, English is not the citizens forte, so take that with an understanding attitude). They pleasantly explain only one free alcohol on the PP (3 choices). Then soda machine, coffee machine, one cookie jar of Japanese rice crackers, selections of tea are all free for your enjoyment. As long as you understand the rule of engagement, the place offers a quiet, free WIFI rest before flight, that's all. If you are looking for shower facility, full buffet etc look elsewhere in Terminal 2. There are plenty of food choices for purchases outside the lounges. So don't be shocked! BTW NRT is not the only airport that offers spartan lounges.

This is an executive lounge at the Narita International Airport. Average. Nothing special. Beverages are available.

Nothing special here. Seats look great but are surprisingly uncomfortable. Staff are very friendly. Drink options are minimal. Snacks consist of one jar of bar-style peanuts and crunchy things. Quiet place. Wouldn't pay out of pocket to go here, but using Priority Pass made it passable.

Wow, one of the worst lounges I’ve ever been to. Seats are tiny and uncomfortable, the air feels uncirculated, barely any amenities, no bathrooms, and no music so everyone is awkwardly sitting near each other and everything can be heard throughout the tiny room.

Such a disappointment. Only cold and hot drinks and some nuts. No food. I saw a guy went many times to replenish his small bowl of nuts There is cold beer though. Plus point, some quiet moments and papers to read. And to charge your phone

Ugly in ivory and brown. No restrooms inside. Coffee machine and soft drinks free. No food other that pretzels. No TV. Some newspapers and magazines. It is prohibited to talk on the phone or use internet phone. At least there is wifi. It seems to be geared to the Japanese rather than international traveler to n view of how plain and ugly it is. In fact the day I was there for a few hours I was the only that did not look Japanese. I understand why American Express has contract with them or they part of Priority Pass.

Crowded. No food. Limited offer of drinks. Not really comfortable.
