Rooms are pretty good. and the staff are friendly, and the pricenis very reasonable. There is a 3 speed airflow control in the rooms (not a seperate air conditioner for each room) 8th floor has a nice waiting area, free massage chair, a small ice machine, a few vending machines, and a coin laundry. There is a morning breakfast buffet, wirh both western and japanese dishes. ... But the taste is Horrible.. well.. the cereal and milk is ok... but everything else is.... not good. I recommend to not.eat the breakfast buffet. Everything else... for the price.. no major complaints..

The view was great. The accessibility from ichikawa station is very good. I took the twin bed room and it is clean but a little small compared to what im used too. I gave it three stars due to lack of ventilation. Apart from heater, there is no other ventilation, causing the room to be stuffy and too warm for my liking. There is no ceiling lights so the lighting its not very great for me to do my work on laptop. The location was near to a lot of 24 hour shops and a number of local restaurants so it is easy for me to find food and other necessities
Good staff. But old and in need of serious updates. Wifi is weak and very slow. Location is good.

2020年の8月に2回利用しました。かなり安い料金プランが出ており、朝食もサービスしていた時期です。 まず禁煙室の予約が本当に取りづらく、喫煙室だけが残っていることが多いです。 冷蔵庫の開閉がベッドにぶつかり大変な点、コンセントがデスクにしかなく、ベッドにない点、Wi-Fiは電波弱く、有線がない点、個別Wi-Fiではないので、当たり前かもしれませんが、Chromecastを接続しようとすると、APアイソレーションが有効の為接続できないとなります。写真の部屋は改装したのかまだいい部屋でしたが、２度目に泊まった部屋はバスルームは暗く、古い設備でした。 アメニティはシャープやコンディショナーが色々あり選んで持ってこられる点、無料期間の朝食はかなり充実していた点などは良かったです。 市川市はホテルが少なく、本八幡に1件ありますが、高いです。
