One of the better places to visit if you're after the latest in mobiles as they do a lot of import models which gets on the market much faster than Japanese versions. Been buying new and second hand from them for some time and have yet to have to come across a defect model (touchwood). Prices are a bit higher but with a shop presence gives a little bit more assurance.

I bought an unlocked and unused Pixel 3 at a very good price (lower than all other other shops i checked). After few days the device was shutting down by itself and not turning on for many hours. I went to the shop and explained the problem so they propose me to change with another one (same model unlocked and unused). They gave me some time to copy my data on google cloud, they reset the old phone and gave me the new one in very fast time. Perfect service ever. They also speak perfect English so no troubles for gaijin like me.

MY ABSOLUTE WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE IN JAPAN! Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 in November 2017, in a lump sum payment amounting to 89,900 yen. By August 2018, the phone is powering down on its own. By November 2018, it's powering down and staying off for 48hrs at a time (sometimes longer). Got the professional opinion of an Android repair shop in Tokyo, and they advised me that the phone's logic board had been compromised from the date of purchase/production. So in essence, IOSYS sold me a faulty product as a “brand new handset” (grade A). In December of 2018, I return to IOSYS to seek some sort of redress and their solution is for me to obtain some proof from Samsung to substantiate the professional opinion I got re the logic board. It has been an impossible process with this entity that has ripped me off! No empathy, no apology, no feasible redresses. Consider all alternatives before deciding to even try here. The loss and headaches aren't worth it. The writing was on the wall initially with their less than ideal customer service and subpar product knowledge, but I ignored the signs because I was desperate for a handset. Shop around and explore alternatives...thank me later.
