DO NOT GO HERE! They will screw you phone up. I went there to get the back glass on my IPhone XR fixed. They charged me 300! Are you kidding me!!! After they fixed it my phone just had problem after problem after problem. And just recently my phone just stopped working. The guy was watching a YouTube video on how to fix my phone, WHILE HE WAS FIXING IT! The guy that fixes the phones, seems to me like he is extremely unqualified to be working on other peoples phones. Please find somewhere else to get your phone fixed if you want your phone to work the day after.

Just got price gouged at the local NEX here in Yokosuka, Japan. Even Best Buy only charges 249.99 to replace a cracked phone screen for a Galaxy S9. Samsung would do it for 239.99 but because I'm in Japan and not the states the NEX iRepair Computer Services LLC took advantage of me and charged me 350.00. Not to mention the extra scrapes along the outside trim that were not there before they replaced the cracked screen. Thanks for screwing over your local Sailors and Soldiers.

Oct 23, 2020: Do not go here. Took my iPhone here to replace the front glass and the phone no longer worked when we got it back. It worked fine before. Had to buy a new phone. The worker gave us a refund for the glass but no remedy to request compensation for replacing the entire phone. He told us to email the help desk but of course we haven’t gotten any response after over a week. Update Feb 17, 2021: While the customer service response was prompt, there still has been no resolution to our issue. They offered to try to fix our phone which was nice, but they have had it now for over 3 months without being able to fix it or give back to us! They refuse to provide any compensation for forcing us to buy a new phone, which we only had to buy in the first place because they ruined our original phone. Recommendation stands - save yourself a major headache and DO NOT GO HERE.

Super fast repair but extremely expensive and now the top right corner of my “brand new screen” constantly glitches. Find somewhere else.
