AVOID TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! The staff will promoting and inviting customers on the road to their restaurant by showing the menu. So, it seems okay with the menu and we just went in. The nightmare arrived as the bill came:- Unknown charges which not specify on the menu: 1)Seating charges per person 500YEN (PER PERSON!!!) 2) Appetizers (attached photos showed: super little portion of lotus and lady fingers) 460YEN (PER PLATE!!) *WE DID NOT ORDER AND WE FOREIGNER THOUGHT IT WAS FREE AS APPETIZER LIKE KOREAN STYLE USED TO DO) 3) The pork shabu-shabu taste is just so so only and the quantity&quality NOT WORTH the price you paid! We told our tour guide on the following day, and she said it was terrible and we've got cheated!!!

AVOID!! \u003e:( They charged us a cover fee of 500yen plus some appetisers that we didn't order. They claimed to do vegetarian Okonomiyaki but that was a lie. The place was cramped, uncomfortable and people were smoking around us. The food was really average too. We went there out of desperation (everywhere else was full) but we should have just waited for a table somewhere else. Don't waste your money at this dump! Go somewhere else! (oh and the photos are very misleading. It's really shabby/run down inside)

Worst restaurant I have ever been to at Japan. They charge a seat fee of 500 plus a room fee of 500 per person. They try to say it cultural but I checked later and it is a scam for tourists. They also make you order a drink which is very expensive. Don’t pay the seat fee or the room fee. Refuse to pay. We did as I know it is a scam. Also the food is Terrible, it has no taste and is bad quality. I think there bench seats also have bugs as we all had itchy legs while we were in there.

They are charging 460 yen and 500 yen for the seating fee per person. Total cost higher that all you can eat. Food only fair. Will not go back

The worst restaurant I have ever been to in Japan!! Because we are tourists they added so many additional costs to the bill. We walked away with a 7000 yen loss! Seat fee, room fee, complimentary entree fee, tax. Second tax etc. Never eat here! We showed our hotel staff the bill and said these additional costs should not be in our bill.

Food was good but they charge a fee per seat and also for snacks they bring in which we did not order.

This Izakaya is terrible under every aspect. My friends and I went there on a Sunday evening. The staff was very rude even if we all spoke japanese. We asked multiple times if our table's air conditioning could be turned off (it was freezing) and we were ignore multiple times. The food is terrible, terribly expensive and every plate is so small. We were told each of us had to order AT LEAST 2 drinks and 3 plates EACH. And nobody told us about this when we asked if there were a table for us (again, everyone of us spoke japanese and we spoke japanese with them). Finally, the bill was terribly expensive and we left the place terribly angry and hungry. We couldn't even pay with credit cards. Terrible, terrible place.

Worst restaurant in Japan! They are robbers. 500 yen fee per person. The meal looks ok in the menu but they bring you something totally different. Tiny portions, untasty, burned. Run away!
