We initially visited Ark Plan on the 18 of November 2019 and were shown three houses that didn't quite meet our needs, they then showed us pictures of two different homes which we set an appointment to physically view them on the 30th of November. We set the appointment for the 30th due to the fact that one of the homes was being occupied till the 29th. We thought we were at an understanding that we would be the first to view this home once available. Well we went to our appointment on the 30th and were notified that someone came in on the same day the previous renters moved out and decided they wanted it. We never received any notification informing us of that and had to find out the moment we walked into our appointment. Both my wife and myself were pretty stunned about how this was handled and felt like our time was wasted by going into our scheduled appointment.
