It is a great place to stay with a fantastic view and is right next to the beach. This hotel is budget friendly and it costed 5800 per/night/person. The host was very friendly and provided an excellent hospitality; in addition to all the local suggestions, he treated us with local fruit Biwa and milk. I would definitely go to this place again!

It's OK, then again, it's my second visit in three years so I must like it. It certainly isn't a villa, but it certainly is on the beach. The sea is always cold, but plenty of lifeguards on the beach. Not many local restaurants either, but there is a genuine gold mine where you can pay to pan for gold. I'm guessing there isn't much gold to be had. Free onsen on the beach as well.
私は伊豆は西伊豆が好きです。 海水浴場もステキな所が有りますが、ここの海水浴場も良い所の１つですね 夏場だけの船の形の温泉は、海水浴した後の温泉に漬かりながらの海の景色、癒されますね
平屋建のこじんまりとした素泊まりの宿(キッチン有り)だけど、部屋からも風呂(温泉)からも土肥の海岸が一望特に夕陽が絶景 ただ、海岸を歩いてる人からも部屋や風呂が丸見え(笑)
オーナーのおじさんが優しい。きれいに清掃されていて便利な場所にあり、wifiがあれば完璧
部屋から目の前のビーチの夕暮れ景色が最高でした。 各部屋に食器一式、キッチンに調理器材一式と調味料も揃っているので、釣った魚も調理出来て良かったです。釣りも近くで出来るので。 買い物も近くにスーパー・コンビニ・ドラッグストア等あるので便利でした。 温泉は少し温度が高めですが、掛け流しで気持ち良かったです。内鍵をかけて入る家族風呂が２つで、清掃時間以外２４時間いつでも使用出来ます。 洗濯機が３台あり無料で洗濯も出来るのが助かりました。

チャリ長旅の途中で飛び込みで宿泊。別荘と謳っているが民宿っぽい。庶民的な素泊りの宿なので高級感を期待してはいけない。風呂もドアの作りとか民宿レベルだけど、お湯は本物の温泉を引いており堪能できた。 食器類は充実しているし自炊できそうだが近くのスーパーで夕食と翌朝の朝食を購入した。目前の美しい海岸に沈む夕日を見ながらの食事は最高。
