You will like the location as it is at the right spot after driving either a Hanahin highway or coming from Wakayama. Various floor with information desk at the entrance. The toilet is very clean and 2 air hand dryer, warm water which is not at many service areas. Thwy also have a gift shop and couple of dining facility. Enjoy thw break

I kinda like it. It's quirky like most pit stops I've encountered in Japan. I like the top floor view, and when we went there was nobody there. Next time I'll grab some food downstairs and take the elevator to the top so I can eat and enjoy the view.
The 360 panorama view from upstairs is excellent, toilet is clean and safe, billboard says the latest traffic status, various food courts support your trip, you don’t have to get off the highway for eating, also both buildings are connected by pedestrian overpass, so you can go southward side food court as well.
Out of expect perfect! It's a good location to walk and have a look before leaving Kix. Althoug lots of Spider net locate near by elevator.. But in general its good enough
