Best takoyaki I’ve had in Japan! The host was a very nice guy and lady. Would definitely go again. The food lifted my spirits.

Great takoyaki in a little cosy bar. They have beer. They're open late and they're near the station. So if, like me, your stuck waiting overnight for a connecting train- this place is a lifesaver. Student crowd, everyone was friendly.
The takoyaki was good but the beer was expensive. 500 for a small glass is outrageous in my opinion. I will pay 500 for a larger glass at yakiniku but not at a takoyaki joint. We went in around lunch time and the waitress was very friendly but then the owner walked in and didn't greet or even smile at anyone. He was standing behind the bar and only talked to the waitress. For me, I find that quite rude considering it is a new shop and you would think you want to endear yourself to your patrons. All in all, I would rather go down to ken-chan for a beer and snacks
