Excellent amenities throughout. Staff were very polite and hospitable. Beverages and food were available on demand, served to you hot or cold, with a pleasant smile. Showers and toilets were impeccable, santized after every use. The lounge isn't open 24/7.

A beautiful space which feels like a proper flagship lounge. Ample seating, good food and wine and interesting features like the red room which is a separate gaming lounge within. I visited during the pandemic and extra precautions are being taken to keep everyone safe. The shoe shine and massage are closed but that shouldn't be a surprise. Overall a great space and the only complaint is the lounge didn't open until 8am even though my flight arrived at 6am. I'm assuming this is another downside of covid19 precautions.
The best experience at an airport Ive ever had period. The staff exude Japanese culture and they arent even trying. Respecting eachother and guests comes so naturally, once cannot even unsee it. 10/10 for me.
Beautiful lounge in Haneda airport. Very spacious with high ceilings, plenty of light and fantastic views of the runways and aprons of the airport. There is plentiful food and beverages. Free pour bar as well as a fun beer pouring machine for that perfect head. Food was great and I absolutely love to be able to have Japanese curry in the lounge as I leave this wonderful country.
*This* is what a lounge should be like! Seriously, others can/should take a lesson from JAL on how lounges should work (w/ the exception of Cathay Pacific - they have their act together too). The place is spacious, with plenty of seating - both out in the open, and in nooks to give you some privacy. If you go all the way to the end, there is a little annex plastered w/ JAL memorabilia, that is even more secluded. The staff is welcoming, and always eager to help. If you need something, just ask. Seriously. If they don't have what you need, they can usually figure out an alternative. You can even get your shoes shined in the little annex in the back, by an exceedingly helpful (and good!) dude. The drinks are excellent, with a good selection of wines out there. They even have the fun "self-pouring" beer dispensers, which are always fun to watch. And if you're in the mood for sake, go to the annex in the back, where they have a rotating selection of The Good Stuff. The food is, as always, to notch. They have a chef on hand who is usually making *something*. Pancakes in the morning, sushi in the afternoon, etc. And yeah, this isn't any ordinary pancake - it's *good*, topped with caramel ice-cream and/or berries and/or something else. The only downside is that it can get somewhat packed at peak hours, but even then there is plenty of room, it's just a bit more ... packed.
Best JAL First Class lounge ever. Loved the ambience in the Gallery room and the shoeshine service. The game room and the champagne bar are also my favorite and there are always hardly anyone there. The food selection is good and during lunch and dinner hours there is a chef preparing hot dishes on demand for you
Great place to chill before on board. Membership or first class ticket is required, but you also can enter with the person who has one of those. Teppan-yaki style meat meal is served here. Today's special is Wagyu Hamburger!
Excellent lounge, overall. There are a lot of seats so there's usually a place to sit, even when the place is busy. The drinks selection is pretty good, with your choice of several wines spirits, including several local Japanese options. The one area for improvement would be in the food: there aren't that many options and there are small dishes for the existing options so they're frequently limited. The massage area, showers and shoe shine are a nice touch. Certainly worth a stop if you have time before your flight.
