This is one of the best international lounges I’ve been to! Well equipped, spacious and huge range of hot and cold food on offer - all of which is great! The Japanese cuisine is exceptionally good - sushi, cutlets, curry - so nice to be offered regional food! Lovely service and I wish their domestic lounge in Osaka was even 10% as good as this!

Clean and efficient lounge, lots of seating area over 2 floors. It has showers and lockers. The selection of food and drink may not be the best or widest but the quality is quite good. Its definitely better than the DNATA lounge in Singapore which looks small and food was lacklustre

10 stars if possible! This is BY FAR my favorite lounge in any airport in the world. The pork shoumai are things of dreams and the other food (including Japanese curry and sandwiches) are also very good. Showers and clean restrooms are always available and the drink selection is solid - beer on tap and at least three kinds of whiskey at any given time. A true delight before a long flight.

Our favourite lounge of all, relaxing place with good Japanese food.

After the order, good food and tranquillity of the Sakura Lounge, the Qantas lounge in Sydney seemed even more like a vermin infested cesspit than usual. Mitigates the pain of leaving Japan just a little.

Reasonable lounge. Decor seems a little like a family restaurant. Decent selection of food, very clean, and friendly staff.

Really great lounge with good food, great service and lots of seats

Good sized lounge with very friendly staff, a decent spread of food (maybe not so many hot options for veg people). Lounge also has comfy seating and massage chairs in the second floor, a bit worn but fully comfy and functional. I couldn't figure out how to stop it from talking to me in Japanese though during the massage course. Showers available on the first floor. Luggage lockers also available. NOTE: There is a notice that the Sakura and First class lounges will be CLOSED for renovations starting Oct 29, 2019 for the next few months as they work on renovating it.
