Amazing experience! Lisa and Urs are super nice and helpful. The vans are very functional and easy to drive. We rented Hiroshi for a long week-end and had a really great time. If you’re hesitating about renting a van in Japan, don’t! ️

We are big travellers, however it was our first time we rent a camper van. It has been an amazing travel (15 days between Shikoku and Kyushu islands – 1850 km) especially thanks to the cute couple, Lisa and Urs, who have been very keen and helpful in providing useful information (ferry, etc.). The Van Hiroshi is well equipped (we cooked everyday) and comfortable (we slept well everywhere) and the price is totally fair. I would like to add, leaving in Japan, I have been in touch with all camper van providers of the country and they made from the first contact the social and friendly difference because first of all they are passionate travellers. Then with the price and the full equipment including to be autonomous they made the second difference. I couldn't recommend their service more if you want to see one the most beautiful part of Japan which a lot of tourists don't get to see. ENJOY
Wow what a great service really impressed with Lisa and Urs friendly service. The vans are personalised with all the things you need when travelling, USB ports, fridge, heater, water supply and cooking facilities. Great idea, easy to organise and Lisa and Urs are very precessional. Highly recommend!!
５日間の３密回避旅行のために妻と二人で「ゴーヤ」を借りました（各車両には名前があるようです）。車内泊は初めてだったのですが、特別な体験で車を返却する際には寂しさを感じました（ゴーヤはもう私たちの友達です）。機会があったら、またJpanbyvanさんにお世話になろうと思います。 装備も旅行中に必要なものはほぼ揃っていて、食べ物以外の旅行中に必要となるお買い物はありませんでした。長期利用の場合はコインランドリーなどを使って荷物を減らしたほうが便利かも？ オーナーのスイス人夫婦も親切で、よく日本の事情を知っていらっしゃる。特に車内泊をしたことがない人は、道の駅やキャンプ場について予め相談してみたら旅がしやすくなるかもしれません。
