Auction House Japan is a fraudulent company. I made payment to the company for a car since September 2020 and up to now I have not received the car. Initially, I was told the company changed management and the current management is not cooperating with sales people on customers' orders. They sent me a form to fill for a refund and I did that but later they changed their position that it's not possible to refund my money. As I write, they don't want to respond to my calls or WhatsApp messages. I have several people from my country who have lost much more money to the company. They are dent of thieves and I advise anyone planning of buying a car from the company to be careful. There were honest people initially in AHJ and bought many cars through them, but they have now left the company. Those sales people will entice you with good car pictures and prices. Once once you have paid, they cut contacts and start tossing you up and down. It's a warning to everyone to be careful when dealing with Auction house Japan. The person who is fooling me in AHJ is Ethan Brown.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. NICE WEBSITE AND FAKE REVIEWS. I work in Japanese vehicle exports and had to take a break due to the virus. During this time, some of my dealers tried their luck around. MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS of mine tried to use this company's service and got scammed out of their deposit. The scam is quite simple; they dissappear once you've sent money. They will not return any calls. We have notified Japanese police already. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Plenty of more trustworthy companies with a global presence can help you with Auction Services!!
