It's interesting and free, located at the back of the cup noodles museum so worth visiting. Most displays have English introduction so tourists understand, but there's no information about the world wars, when Japanese invaders tortured the people in Asia Pacific region...avoid the important and dwell on the trivial.

海外移住者と言う目線から日本の歴史を知る事が出来る場所です。 2次大戦の折、日系移民がアメリカの国や民からどのような処遇を受け、どんな事をしたのか。そしてそれが今のアジア差別にも繋がるのか。 南米ではどうだったのか、どんな歴史を作り、どのように文化圏を守ったり、或いは地元と交わったりしたのか。 移住を推奨する施設かと思いきや、『覚悟決めてね（ニッコリ）』みたいな部分もあって割と見応えありました。 冒険とは夢もあり苦労もあり、そして現実もある。是非海外の日系の方に思いを馳せてみてください。

企画展示のマチュピチュが気になって入りました。入館無料です。資料館は大人向けかなと思いましたが説明してくれる方がいるのでわかりやすいです。館内5ヶ所でスタンプを押すと素敵なポストカードが出来たりスタンプラリーをしたりとちょっとしたお土産もできました。

日本の歴史の一面を伝える貴重な存在であるとは思う反面、企画展も常設展も何を伝えようとしているのか今ひとつよくわからない。 また、資料館のロビーが、この資料館のテーマとは全く無関係の展示物で占められているのは興ざめ。 入場料無料で入場料収入がなく、資料館の資金源が日本の税金であることから、日本政府にとって都合の悪い内容を避けざるを得ない等の制約があることは容易に想像できるが、それでもなお、展示内容も見せ方も、もっと工夫の余地があるのでは？
