Josui Hall is the building that belongs to Hitotsubashi University. The only university that has it's own Alumnae Building in Japan.

This place has a long history, some hundred years and closely associated with academic community. I went for a presentation event and found that many more such events were going on the same floor as ours. There are different halls for various purposes and the place is huge one. Interestingly, it's one of Tokyo's core area and the present Tokyo University of Foreign Studies was actually opened first where Josui Hall is standing today.
