We retrieve our JR West pass from here. I highly recommend this pass for tourists in the region : we took the 7 days for 19 000 yen, and we easily use for 3 or 4 times the value of this. Just a two-ways to Hiroshima from Shin-Osaka will pay for the pass itself. Don't be shy to take the unreserve seat in the Shinkansen, the first wagon was generally very empty out of the the rush-hour. Not sure if we could have just buy it there directly (I saw other stations where it feels you could), but we booked it online (see JR West website). Then they would ask us to print the confirmation email, but we didn't have access to a printer. This really bothered the first agent we got, which totally refused to take the reservation number for us and just told us there was a printer on the 1st floor... after an hour trying to find it with no luck, we tried again with another agent which turned out to be less stubborn and he just proceed without the paper. Come on, its not because the reservation number is printed out that its more official than if its on your phone...

異常に遅かったです。JR西日本みどりの窓口、長蛇の列なのに、4つ窓口があいていたにもかかわらず。5分に1ヵ所も終わらない、時間帯や担当にもよるかもしれませんが、極力使うべきでないと思いました。改善されることを祈ります。
