Such a fulfilling bowl of ramen !!! The broth is thick like tonkotsu but not oily and as strong as a pork broth and as you drank it, u taste a tinged of lemon bits. There is a slice of lemon beside the bowl if you like a stronger lemon taste. The protein is chicken and it’s such a refreshing meal for a late afternoon tummy filler. For the non Japanese reader like me, the most basic selection which I had - salt based soup is at the top left, to the right of it is a larger set and right below the salt based on soy based. U R welcome.

This bowl of chicken soup ramen makes me a repeat customer of this ramen shop. I’m not a fan of ramen in general, but I like the richness & the thickness of this chicken soup.

I’ve been to this restaurant for several times. I strongly recommend the 鶏白湯 塩味. With all elements that I like, such us vegetables, eggs and chicken. A piece of lemon can help you soften the soup. The soup is also really good!
