I waited for hours for this burger after I ordered it. It was simply delicious but why did it take soooo long to make just this simple burger??! You dip it in a sauce you choose out of three. It’s a new way of eating a burger but I didn’t see the point... The location is very good. It’s right in front of the beach.

Avoid at all costs!!! Would give 0 stars, if I could. Hands down, the worst customer experience I've ever had in Japan, plus God awful food. Came with a group of 6, they told us that they ran out of ingredients that day and could only make a limited amount of dishes. We had booked a table in advance but there was no word on the phone about the limited menu. Place was half empty but our orders would take forever to arrive. When only getting a salad after an hour of waiting, I confronted the staff, who told me that most of the other staff didn't come that day and that a friend of her was doing the dishes. After we canceled some of the orders because we couldn't wait any longer, the guy who ran the kitchen got incredibly aggressive, charged us for a seafood pasta dish that was undercooked and almost got physically confrontative. Evidence attached. Don't ever eat here, period.
