Good tourist attraction, if you are around Kamakura, and want to do the shrine run all around, ensure to cover this shrine, if interested in a hill trail, you can travel from this place to the Buddha Statue(Kotuko-in). It will take you around 45 minutes, but highly recommended. Remember to wear your good hiking or sports shoes! Enjoy.

The feel of Wabi-Sabi is everywhere. Tranquillity. A good place to take a step back from the busy city life and give yourself a stress-free break ️

Nicknamed \Divorce Temple\. It is a small temple, not crowded but worth the visit. Very well maintained, beautiful with a nice garden.

Another amazing place tucked away on the side of the mountain and only 5 minutes from Engakuji Temple so a must see!

This place is peaceful, beautiful, and its history is fascinating. It is nicknamed the \divorce temple\ because many of the residents were women fleeing their abusive husbands. Check it out if you are in the area and burn some incense for the souls of these brave women.
