Strongly discourage everyone to choose this b&b!! It's not worth because price is pretty high ( average 15,000 yen per person) however service is bad and not flexible! This price point deserves a better service and food! 1. Not wailing to change one portion of pork to us during dinner ( claimed no offensive smell of lamb on website) however it really smells badly. Staff said we did not state our request to change menu when reservation . It may be my fault to over look this point, but they did not include the menu in the confirmation email so I did not realize, how come the service is not flexible? It is a normal request as lamb is not a popular meat for majority. Besides, vegetables is not included as well, how's stingy they are!!! 2. The owner is very impolite! I wanna point out how's we disappointed the service. He just kept saying that I didn't read carefully the agreement terms. It is totally ridiculous to serve us badly with this price point. 3. Breakfast is awful, bread is very stiff and limited choice.
This lovely B&B is run by a nice couple with 2 lovely dogs and cats! Love it.

美瑛には犬連れＯＫの宿が多くないので、とても助かります。 但し若いアルバイトさんが手馴れていなく、サービスは期待できません。 食事も肉と野菜を切っただけのジンギスカンで、何の特徴もなく肉嫌いな方はアウト！です。 近くの街道沿いに美味しいカレーの専門店があったりと、夕食は外で済ませた方が良いかもしれません。 飲み物はコンビニで買って持ち込みましょう。 施設周辺の眺めは素晴らしく、北海道の大自然を満喫できます。 わりと広めのドッグランがあって愛犬も大喜びです。
民宿主人還蠻親切的 小木屋乾淨舒適只是晚餐的烤肉稍嫌普通比較期待吃到當地鄉村料理 晚上很幸運看到粉紫色的夕陽景色，非常漂亮
