We came here for dinner last night and pretty much enjoyed the food. The steak was cooked to perfection of rare, the taste is quite right with enough saltiness. Garlic, grilled vegetables were nicely presented. Miso soup, salad and smoked fish appetizer is nice. Just one small suggestion about the rice, if it is a bit less watery it would bring more the character of this local rice. I think the lady and the chef are quite polite and show much hospitality. Even though we don’t speak Japanese and the lady doesn’t speak English I still very much enjoyed listening to her and felt like I was taken care of. Matcha was served after the dinner to complete the experience.

You can taste the Noto beef from this restaurant. The taste is really. If you are a beef lover, you must try the Noto beef. But the price of this shop is quite expensive.
