This is a small museum, but essential to visit if you are interested in Kanazawa's history of gold production. There's also a shop where you buy all sorts of things containing Japanese gold.

Beautiful - enjoy the gorgeous video - if you're too cheap you might not even have to pay for that, but 300 Yen should not break the bank. Sit in a golden chair at the golden table and write your golden thoughts in the visitor book.

It was a small but well organized museum where you can learn about gold amalgams. Souvenirs are cool since they have gold leaf on them. Quite informative and the staff is nice
