Worst restaurant. I’ve ordered nodoguro-sashimi which a business man who sat close by me was having. However, whatever I received looked totally different from his. The chef made mine much simpler and a lot less fancy looking compared to the another customer’s. When the dish came out I lost interest in ordering anything else thinking maybe the chef will do the same to all other dishes as well and I left after finishing sashimi:(

Worst restaurant ever. While it's difficult to find a bad restaurant in Japan but this one would have stood out as the worst ever, if there was any such list. The servicing, staff and food were worst; the staff made me wait for an hour and when I asked for menu in advance (while I was waiting) they refused. After waiting for an hour I found out that they did not have what I was looking for. The food was served cold after 45 minutes of waiting on a non busy day. The quality of pork and fish was below average and the place is definitely not worth the price you will end up paying here, no matter what you may order. It's equally dirty as well, and the dishes were not even washed properly. Strongly recommend to never visit this place and have your mental balance intact. worst experience in all my visits to japan as i have never expected such bad quality of restaurant service anywhere in japan. Most annoyingly, the point of not offering any form of water after multiple requests, which was taken as an order numerous times. (should politely inform anyone that they're not willing to provide any water would have been easier.) As a form of test, we ordered drinks other than water and with surprisingly unbelievable feats of speed, completion of orders of paid drinks is astonishingly quick. then the quality of food is not even appealing to the eyes and proves to be so after tasting each dish. to cut the story short... it's not a place that you can recommend to even your worst enemy.
ここ最近の外食で１番不味い お店でした。 ハマチのお刺身は出てきた時から黒くて生臭く、食べれませんでした。 普通でしか出てこない枝豆も 何時間、もしかしたら何日放置していたのかと思う程にパサパサ…。そして、お値段もそこそこなら諦める事もできますが、お酒も食事も なかなかのお値段。口コミのの数が あまりにもバラバラだったので 不思議でしたが、の多いコメントは、関係者の方の投稿なのでは？と 思う程に、コスパ、従業員のサービス、味、鮮度、全てにおいて 本当はもつけられない程でした。ちなみに 今まで お店に口コミの投稿をした経験は一度もありませんが、 今回ばかりは お店と お客の為にもと投稿しました。 金沢という 観光客相手の一度きりの商売と考えられているのであれば、金沢のイメージがあまりにも落ちてしまうのでは？と 残念に思いました。

出張中に同僚と平日の夜に訪問しました。金沢駅の鼓門からすぐのところにありました。特に予約はしませんでしたが、すんなり入れました。 お料理もお酒も、そこそこ良い値段します。なので、地元のサラリーマン向けというよりは、出張者向けのお店なのかなと思いました。とはいえ、お通しのお豆腐やバーニャカウダなどちゃんと美味しかったです。 ただし、お店が広いからなのか、お酒やお料理が提供されるまで少し時間がかかる感じです。 まあ、駅からも近いですし目立つ場所なので、出張者には良いかと思いました。
料理はそこそこ美味しかったのですが、注文したお造り盛り合わせが来ませんでした。 お金は取られなかったけど、謝りにも来ないマネージャーみたいな人はチョット 能登牛のステーキは美味しかったですよ！
