Kenonzaki State Park extends into almost the entire Kanonzaki area and protrudes into Tokyo Bay. Ships can be seen moving in the sea and beyond and on the remote Bosso Peninsula. In my opinion, it was a pristine and peaceful place, especially seeing the sea and the forest from the top of the lighthouse. The cost of the lighthouse ticket is 300 Japanese yen.

Relaxing area on the Tokyo Bay side of the Miura peninsula. Great in the summer and great for: - barbecues - picnics - swimming Parking available and not so expensive. Can become crowded during national holidays.
One of my favorite parks in Japan. My dogs love it and I get good exercise walking them. You can walk for a few hours here
This is one of our favorite parks from Maborikaigan. Parking is free on weekdays (2020). Nice beach right near the parking. Some of the paths leading up to the lighthouse are a bit slick. Most paths are paved with asphalt or brick but there are a few dirt paths. The signage is great and there is pretty much a map at every major intersection. A few of the paths are still closed in summer 2020 (southwest side, and those leading to the flower garden). None of the loops are that long and my 4 and 6 year olds had no problems doing the walks.
Larg Park with some nice scenery. Light house was closed for construction.
