My sister lost her phone at the airport and without expecting much, I tried to contact their customer service and to my surprised, they give an immediate reply and found the phone!! Everything was done very fast and they really go beyond my expectations. Japan really live up to the name! My sister got her phone back in no time! Thank you for the impeccable service:)

This airport is quite old, you'll notice from the design that is old fashioned once you're here. However, by no means that it is rundown. They kept everything well-maintained and up-to-date with all the technologies and facilities. It is also very organized, you won't get lost as the place is very proper and easy to go through. It also doesn't hurt that they have Pokemon store (a mini one at that) and a cute flight attendant themed Pikachu welcoming you to Osaka.

this airport is great! the thing i liked the most in this airport was the kindness of staffs. they are willing to help all the travellers in any way they could. moreover, there are plenty of restaurants available in case you want something to eat or drink. there are also plenty of vendo machines available , which i find very convenient.

Of all the airports I've visited, Kansai International is by far the nicest airport I've visited. I will definitely be flying back into this airport and look forward to visiting Japan more.
