10 minutes from Karuizawa station by car, this small complex of log cabins is a relatively convenient place for a getaway break. The cabin I had was very clean, but the furnishings and decor were a bit old in style. The small kitchen had crockery and glasses, all of which were spotless. It also had a shower/ bath, two upstairs rooms, a TV, a patio with table and chairs etc. The location is far back from the main road, so very quiet, but you are still only 10 minutes walk away from a local lake\\ sightseeing spot (Shiozawa Lake & Karuizawa Taliesin) and accompanying facilities. Bicycle rental services are available (although I found the prices to be expensive, even if just renting for 1 hour) , and a large super market and convenience store are also only 10 minutes away (cabin also had a fridge). Staff were very friendly, providing directions, bus timetables (very limited in number!) and sight seeing information (in Japanese). A tennis court is available, along with badminton equipment (also to rent). You can also book a barbecue or fondue, which is delivered to your cabin for you to cook (if you prefer, there is also a restaurant on the grounds, with excellent, if pricey, international cuisine). If you pay for breakfast, fresh bread and coffee is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing before checkout at 10.00am. I would definitely visit again! (Some services may be seasonal, so definitely check the site website for details when planning.)

BBQ dinner is fabalous, location good while toilet and bathroom are a bit untidy. Other than this, everything is unbeatable!

昔の写真整理してたら出てきたので投稿。 部屋は洋館の思わせるおしゃれな造りでテンションが上がった記憶です。友達と居心地の良い時間を過ごせました。 近くにはテニスコートや蛍が出る川もあり、宿泊以外にも楽しめる要素がたくさんありました。 また落ち着いたら行きたいです。

木の匂い、おしゃれな造りが素敵な二階建てログハウスでした。 朝食の焼きたてパンがおいしかったです。

必定要到來一次，連泊兩日或以上，最合適。小屋酒店，分上下兩層，睡房在樓上有兩張床及有一張地墊供應，多個人可睡地上。樓下大廳有梳化、電視、餐桌、椅、保險箱。厨房有電爐、餐具，可煮食。暖爐及放濕機，看紅葉的季節可保温暖。浴室是日式，有小凳子作沐浴，洗完再泡一泡，正！剛到之日，因鄰近的法國餐廳關門，臨急點了酒店供應的便餐，三色咖哩餐，三種咖哩連白飯及厚身薄餅，非常可口，佐以信州產地道白葡萄酒，賞心樂事。房外迴廊有餐椅，早餐可一試樹林氣。下午茶亦可偷得浮生半日閒。到連泊的最後一晚，吃了前日入住才匆匆預定的 Shabu Shabu 信州牛肉火煱，真的不得了。湯底好鮮味且不咸，除了疏菜菇類充足，還有烏冬、粉絲。把我嚇一跳是兩款牛肉，鮮味十足而且份量超夠！當心滿意足之下，吃了一口烏冬，那種Q彈煙韌，令人忘不了！以為就此了結，誰知通透的粉絲加上胡蔴醋汁，填滿的胃，再次被攻陷。P.S.回家後才試了酒店的滴漏咖啡，非常讚！

2階建てのログハウス。 2階のベッドでも、一階の和室でもどちらでも寝れました。 子どもたちはワクワクが止まらない感じ。 スタッフの対応も親切丁寧でした。 花火もできたし、朝食のパンも美味しかった。

夏ウッドテラスでBBQ気持ちがよいです。信州牛が美味しかったです。部屋もログハウス風で、一階がダイニングキッチン バスルーム トイレ 洗面所 ２階がベッドルームのメゾネットタイプでした。
