PA施設建物部分と駐車場の段差が大きく、車椅子は障がい者用駐車場からのスロープを利用。スロープは長く傾斜もキツく、車椅子同士のすれ違いは困難なので、要注意。トイレの設備は充実してます。PAの売店はお土産がある、ファミマという感じ。
