This hotel is really nice, with two outdoor onsen, and an amazing “viking” breakfast! They also have espresso machines in the bedrooms.

We staid here for 3 days relaxing holiday. It’s not the first time for me to go Onsen place in Japan. I got a room with private Onsen bath; good choice if you like to do hot bath relaxing with beer and watching the panorama. Hotel it’s a bit old and I strongly suggest a refurbish. Restaurant inside hotel was great and I enjoy 3 fantastic dinner. Around hotel there are other Onsen and as well quite nice place to eat.

Superb accommodation! Love the hot spring here. It is definitely a good choice to choose a room with private hot spring facility so that you can enjoy fantastic view when you are relaxing in the onsen. The staffs are friendly and surprise that the staff said 早晨 (morning in Cantonese) when the staff knew I came from Hong Kong While the dinner buffet is fair compare with other hotel. Breakfast buffet is okay. Can consider to eat outside if staying here next time.

Excellent onsen hotel with great corporate management. Everything is what you would expect from a first class onsen accommodation, including the hospitality and gourmet Japanese fine dinning. Yet there are some short comings with this establishment, and that is its age and it’s small size room. All in all, it’s a great place to be at for an excellent holiday.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms not too big (even when we booked the one with private hot spring)

It is a very good hotel where the location is next to 十勝川. The hotspring facility is huge and in different varieties including outside hotspring pool with jet massage and stand up bath (1.2 meters water level), aromatic steam room, sauna room, and hot onsen at 42C...etc. Stay 1 night should not be enough. The most impressive is the buffet dinner they offered steak from local farms, fresh pork meat, seafood soup...many many Japanese and western food in good quality and taste. I give 4 stars here but not 5 as I found the wifi service they should improve. The connection was on and off that asking me to stop using mobile and internet. It was poor not only in room but also in lobby, and restaurants. I had asked staff to support but failed. Shouldn't be the intention of hotel to ask guests giving up online and to be relaxed?? My room maybe individually poor in signal. Enough bandwidth for a big hotel especially in full house is a basic service. Unfortunately, I have sent this comment twice through hotel's internet in 15 mins to be completed. Very disappointing on the network connection! Should upgrade the bandwidth.
