Great Kimono renting and dressing experience here, even though no English service, the heart warming staffs make it up. BTW the charges is higher than other shops nearby, no worries you can discuss your ideal budget with them, they are friendly and willing to help you find suitable Kimono collection. No prior reservation needed, roughly need to wait half to an hour without prior booking. After dress up, you can take a walk and have photos in Kawagoe historical street, bringing romantic memory back home.

The staff were very helpful and I want to go back this summer for the yukata! It was so hard to choose just one pattern.
Their staff is being helpful however they cant really speak English but can communicate with body language.
The ladies were very helpful and I was really satisfied with the experience. The kimonos they had were all really pretty and they also have bigger sizes!
All clerks are very friendly !! You have to try to see its service to ensure your satisfaction Next time I will choose this store again
