certainly a very big hospital, some doctors in there are alright but my experience with the Urology and internal section was disappointing. Freaky doctors, making-up things on the way (sales people). I do not trust them at all. Beside that too many patients, very long waiting time. Smaller hospitals are more convenient.

I have received great care here, recovering from skin graft surgery, following a cancer extraction. The staff have went to great lengths to make my recovery as smooth, fast and painless as possible. Thank you for the great care.
Saitama IDAI as it is commonly known is regarded as one of the best hospitals in the country. Some of the facilities are brand new, some sections of the hospital have been renovated and other areas are rather faded. Births at the hospital are reserved for higher-risk pregnancies, such as twins etc. I gave birth here and it took awhile to get used to the hospital but overall we had a good experience. The doctors were very supportive and the NICU was very modern although a very large number of tiny patients made for some cramp conditions at times. The cafeteria was brand new in 2015 and I highly recommend the chicken curry. Buses leave for Ageo and Kawagoe station although they get full at certain times of the day like after school, so try to avoid the 5pm buses back to Kawagoe Station if you can. Insider tip: new patients register at the first visit and may end up waiting extremely long hours as the hospital clears all the patients for the day giving priority to those with appointments. Beat the wait by finding out what time the doctor or department finishes seeing patients for the day and going along an hour before their outpatients clinic closes. Eg on your first visit, if the last outpatients appointment is 2pm, go at noon or 1pm, not 8am, you'll may well end up waiting all day. Also once you have your card, I recommend afternoon outpatients appointments - mornings can be very crowded with a cue to pay that goes all the way down the corridor.
医療裁判をしないのは、日本の病院が 隠蔽体質な為 ちゃんとした証拠提示が非常に難しいからだ。ここは、避けた方が無難！丁寧な治療をされていたのか？ 火災より、11日以上経過して、皮膚移植もして、軽く意識戻ってからの急変 火傷で、三ヶ月後に亡くなる。しかも一度は、水飲みたいと、患者は話していた そこからの急変により亡くなる。 コロナの中だから、もう一段階良くなれば会える所まで、一度は回復して結果は、納得いく物じゃなかった。 間接的に医師の意見を聞いたが、とても納得行く内容じゃなかった。 しかも、最期は、夜中に呼び出しがあり 家族に息をひきとっている事を隠して 案内しといて、実はすでに亡くなっていましたと、心電図を最初隠していてひっくり返し家族に見せた。もはや、そこにあったのは、0になって反応が無い状態 そう、すでに亡くなっていたのだ。 そんな病院をあなたは、信じられますか？ ※あくまでも！個人の意見として書きますこの病院は、やめといた方が良い。 ずだが、ピンキリと言う言葉がある様に、年々酷くなっている。 見た目だけは、ドクターヘリ等も構えているが中身は薄い為 ちゃんと、信頼の置ける病院を探しといた方が無難
