I love this hospital, from doctors to nurse and the people at the reception. I started my pregnancy with them even though my Japanese is super bad , they were careful with me until I had my baby in June. I still go there for Vacination and they are so kind.

My wife gave birth to our first child here. I was deeply impressed by the quality of service here. For the first time i felt that the \user experience\ matters for a hospital. The whole process involving parent education both before and after birth were so carefully designed to be as smooth and painless (pun intended) as possible. This impressive experience may be a Japan thing rather than this hospital alone, but many other so called developed countries have much to learn for sure.
