Whenever I’m in need in Hokkaido, (last time in Sapporo in 2017, and this time in Otaru (on February 12, 2019), I would bump into a KFC. My mobile was very low on battery and I needed to charge it so that I could take the Otaru Canal night view and then post it timely not letting my followers disappointed. I bought a Cafe Time set at 300 Yen and fully got what I wanted inside the warm and quiet room on 1/F, writing this review leisurely and comfortably! Postscript I came again in the same evening to warm myself up and to recharge my mobile again. As a result, I had my unplanned chicken dinner as well. I believed that not just the cashier but also a customer who was sitting a seat away from me but was still there were surprised with my loyalty!
Good service. Can communicate English with the casher to order the menu, so no need to awkwardly try your best at speaking broken Japanese. However quite a bad view with small windows and chicken although tasteful was a bit soggy compared to other stores. Had a good time though. 4/5 would recommend to people who can't forget the g'old taste of KFC in the land with whole lot of other delicacies to eat.

It was fine pretty much what one would expect of KFC. Had the spicy pepper burger and it was good the fries were a bit old and stale otherwise would have give 5 stars. See ice friendly and prompt.
