A good place to spend 60-90 minutes tiring the kids out before driving back to Tokyo. The view from the ferris wheel is great on a clear day.

Nice place to spend time with your family and kids. Although it is small but kids enjoy a lot here because of lots of ride. Ferris Wheel is one where you can see view which is totally different than urban Tokyo. It is near car parking so you need not to walk too much to reach here.
