Only 1000 jpy entrance fee. No time limit, till 5p.m. You can take some blueberry home in the small plastic container provided at the entrance. There are around 30 different tastes/kinds/sorts of blueberries and over 1000 blueberry trees. Be prepared, fruit picking spot is located on the top of the hill/mountain, you are going to climb up 400m. It is a good exercise; little kids might have some challenges. There are places for eating lunches. You can make and cook blueberry pizza. Overall, fantastic fruit picking place.

It was a super fun day. The walk from the station to the farm was a bit tiring (3km), but it was totally worth it. There are more than 30 kinds of blueberries. We ate full of our heart content, and can even brought 2 small containers home. All for 1000yen. The owner was very kind. He knew we had to walk for long, and we are students, so he gave me a free jam-making session, and let me bring the whole jar home. They will open BBQ area next year, so really looking forward to that.
Plenty of blueberries in mid August. Very friendly staff. Has tables for a picnic lunch. Parking next to the road then a muddy, short climb up a hill to get to the blueberries. 1000 yen for adults. Highly recommended!
We had a great time picking blueberries at Ezawa. I like showing the kids where their food comes from. There are a few things one should be aware of: 1. Driving from Roppongi using a route set by Google maps took us about 50 minutes on a Sunday but cost about 11120 yen or about 90 at a rate of 123 yen to the dollar. 1000 yen entrance fee for adults and 500 yen each for two kids brought the cost of those blueberries to about 100, not including gas used for the trip. 2. There is a short but steep hike to reach the blueberry fields. People with limited physical mobility and young children may find the route difficult. 3. There is a western toilet near the ticket booth.
