This is now my favorite shisha spot in Umeda, the staff are attentive, the shisha is cheap and flavorsome. It’s a big cafe with plenty of room and ventilation. You can charge your phone here and use the free wifi. They also have a manga library. The shisha lasted a-few hours. The drink menu seems fair, you have to buy 1 drink in order to have shisha. There is no English menu, but it’s all written in katakana so it’s not hard to understand it. On the weekdays it’s quiet but on weekends it does get a little full.

Good points first: Nice location, music plays on a comfortable volume, shisha tastes okay. Bad points: My shisha looked like it was about to fall apart. Like, you couldn't move it without the whole top part shaking like the leaning tower of Pisa during an earthquake. The two employees were very inattentive, I sat 5 minutes before I could even get the menu- which is absolutely ok if a place is packed, don't get me wrong, but there were only two tables besides me and they had already been served. After ordering it didn't take too long for my order to be made, and as I said, the taste was alright in the beginning. Unfortunately, the two employees were so caught up chatting, that they forgot about changing the coal frequently, especially during my second bowl. I'm used to way better service in Japan. On a side note: I absolutely get that people ordering water in restaurants and bars can be a bit annoying, but if someone gets two bowls and a coke, I think a glass of water should be warranted- but upon my inquiry, I got \we don't have water\ as an answer. Obviously, form your own opinion. But if you are a travelling shisha fanatic in the Osaka-Kyoto area, there are much better places to visit.
I am from Hong Kong. The staff here barely know English. It is hard to tell them what you want. But they are very good and patient to listen what you want to order. The Shisha is a bit overheat when they serve. The environment is older than what in the pictures on google . A bit disappointed.
My favorite shisha bar in all of Osaka. Good prices, attentive staff, and some of the longest lasting bowls I've ever had. Every flavor is delicious, and one bowl can last for over two hours with no harshness or loss of flavor. The music is the perfect volume for conversations, it's not uncommon to see people studying inside as well. I'll definitely keep coming back. Know ahead of time that it's two people per shisha, and there isn't much room for large groups.
We went in at 4 am in the morning. Really we had to order 2 Shishas and drink One drink each but the bartender let us pay 500 yen each and smoke 1 shisha each. I cannot tell you how rate this is in Japan. It's amazing that it even happened. The one thing I can say is bad is that after I negotiated this deal.with the bartender he didn't want to tell me his name. I just felt really grateful to him but he was kind of mad I guess so he didn't want to tell me
