Outstanding service. My MSI gaming laptop fan broken and I took it to a shop in my neighboring prefecture and they refused to work on it. Desperate, I took it to this shop in Osaka. Mr. Tanaka was very kind and understanding and accepted the repair work. It was fixed and it is working perfectly. Thank you so much! I cannot thank you enough!

Came to Japan for a long trip of a lifetime and as soon as I landed, my MacBook Air stopped charging. I was mortified. After looking for places that were reasonable and honest enough to help a foreigner who doesn’t speak Japanese well in both Tokyo and Kyoto, I finally came to this shop in Osaka. I asked the person at the counter if he understood English and he said that he didn’t, but also that we’d figure it out. I had assumed my laptop had charging issues due to a faulty battery, but it ended up just being my charger that was the problem. I am very happy with the service here. They actually care and they are highly professional in a non-pretentious sense. Not only are they honest, but they go above and beyond to identify your issues. As a foreigner, I feel that it is important to find places like these. I highly recommend coming here!

Noda san from the staff was like an angel absolutely saving my life :-))) he found for me the very best solution for my laptop problem, he was so very kind and helpful.
