Simply put, the best steak I’ve ever tasted anywhere. The worst bite of Mr. Nishioka’s beef will be as good as the best bite you’ve ever tasted before. Service was impeccable. Staff were incredibly inviting and offered us a complimentary first round of drinks. The value was ridiculous relative to the overpriced wagyu places in Tokyo. Portions were plentiful. The apps included in the set menu were phenomenal and diverse in flavor. The accompaniments for the steak, most notably the Cambodian black pepper and two salt combination were off the charts. I can’t recommend this restaurant more. If you are traveling to Tokyo on a food trip, I would recommend taking the Shinkansen 4 hours each way to come to this restaurant because it will be the highlight of your trip.

XmasメニューBを頂きました今日は特に上質のお肉が入ったそうで、それはそれは美味でした新鮮野菜、オマール海老…ボリューム満点。何より、店主のこだわりと食材等の丁寧な説明やスタッフに対する指導が光っていました。店主の奥様も、女性ならではの気遣いがあり、楽しい時が過ごせました。 高級店ですが、アットホームで落ち着けます。岡山でお薦めのステーキ店ですよ
記念日に伺いました。お店の方々が丁寧に接して下さり、お肉料理も美味しく頂きました。お値段はそれなりですが、その価値はあります。また利用させて貰えるように頑張ります。一人2万円程のコースを選びました。
