Fantastic shop with loads to see/buy. Just down from the golden temple, and across from McDonalds, this place is a nerds dream. I would highly recommend calling in just to browse at the massive selection of items available. Overall fantastic experience!!

This is one of the best places to find retro games in Kyoto. Prices are a bit high, not Akihabara prices, but not cheap like Book-Off. Selection here is fair. Not many PCE or MD games. Good amount of FC and SFC though. It's worth the trip out. Protip: If you are a foreigner, have a list of what you are looking for ready. Don't waste everyones time going back and forth one item at a time. Have the item name in Japanese if you can. Even Better, have a picture of the box art of the item you are looking for. This will make it a pain free interaction for you, the clerk and everyone else waiting behind you. Google image is your best resource for this easy to find, prepare ahead of time information.
The game didn’t work for my console and the employee was not even willing to give me a solution (I came back to the store 5 minutes after buying the game and realizing it didn’t work), I didn’t even use it, the less that he could do was give me a cashback considering that the game was in the exact same condition I purchased it in.
