The price of the gear here is a bit cheaper than some of the others we saw by around 10-20%. We had a group of 10 of us come in and we used this gear for 6 days. We were a mix of beginner and intermediate level snowboarders so the equipment was fine for us and we ended up saving around 100 each by going with Apple. Maybe to more advanced people, the other shops would have been better but this was fine for us. There are a few communication difficulties if you don't speak Japanese which is to be expected. There was also only 1 person helping us try on our gear too so did take a long time (we went on a Monday morning). Having said that, he was pretty friendly and did his best to help us out. Overall, the gear did its job and saved us a few bucks, if at the cost of taking a bit longer to get out gear and having to navigate the language barrier but we did have a large group. Would rent from here again.

貸出システムがモリモリの課金システムでした。この店の課金システム使うなら他のレンタルショップで今度から借りようかな...て思いました。あと支店で借りた後の対応が本店のみってのが割と辛かったです。 だいぶ下のランクの課金ボード借りたので、初めは色々辛かったですがが最終的にスキルアップできはしました。
店員の方の対応が無理でした。この店は嫌いです。 星0です。いやマイナス！！！！！
